If you need to print invoices for your business, there are several options. You can choose between printing them on your own, or using an outsourced company that will handle everything from addressing to filing. But regardless of the method you choose, it's important to make sure that your invoices are up-to-date and accurate.
First, you need to select the type of printer that you are going to use. Most businesses will opt for an inkjet printer. However, there are also thermal and dot matrix printers available. These types of printers produce better quality images than inkjets. They also work well in hot environments, and are ideal for warehouse operations or multiple department distribution.
Next, you'll need to decide how many copies you want to print. This depends on your invoicing software. Some programs don't support multi-copy printing.
When you're ready to print the document, you can open the Print dialog box. On the right side of the dialog box, you'll see a list of printers. Select one from the list and click Set.
Once the printer selection is complete, you'll have to enter the date of the invoice. Then you'll need to choose the type of format you want to use. A common format is black ink with one PMS color.
Depending on your needs, you may need more than four copies of your invoice. One option is to use the "Advanced" tab of the print dialog box.
Another option is to use FrameReady. With FrameReady, you can print invoices that are in a vertical orientation.
